Why I'm Building Nitaura

For most of the last century, America did not just have the world's largest economy. We built the physical systems that made that economy possible.

We built power plants. We manufactured equipment. We developed energy resources. We built factories, pipelines, refineries, ports, and infrastructure at a scale few countries could match.

America built things.

And the world depended on what we built.

Over time, that changed.

More manufacturing moved overseas. Critical supply chains stretched across the world. Industrial capabilities that took generations to develop became increasingly concentrated outside the United States.

Today, we are entering another major period of industrial expansion.

Artificial intelligence is creating enormous demand for electricity. Data centers are being built at unprecedented scale. American manufacturing is expanding. Global energy demand continues to grow. Transportation and shipping are beginning to adopt new fuels. Entire new supply chains will have to be built to support the industries of the next several decades.

The question is not whether this infrastructure will be built.

The question is where it will be built, who will own it, and which countries will benefit from it.

I want America to be one of the answers.

That is why I founded Nitaura.

Nitaura is an American industrial infrastructure company.

We are building businesses around a simple idea: if something is fundamental to America's ability to produce, manufacture, move, and compete, we should have the capability to build and supply more of it here.

Today, we are starting with three areas: power, equipment, and fuels.

They may look like different businesses.

To us, they are parts of the same system.

Nearly every major industrial ambition America has ultimately comes back to electricity.

We can announce factories. We can build semiconductor plants. We can develop data centers. We can bring manufacturing back to American communities.

But none of it works without power.

And increasingly, companies are discovering that getting enough power, in the right place, at the right time, is becoming one of the biggest constraints on growth.

Nitaura Power is being built to help solve that problem.

Our goal is straightforward: bring reliable generation to the industries and infrastructure that need it.

Because America cannot have an industrial renaissance without an energy system capable of supporting one.

Energy does not appear because someone flips a switch.

Behind American production are thousands of pieces of equipment and physical infrastructure that allow energy companies and industrial operators to do their jobs every day.

That is why equipment is another part of Nitaura.

We want to own, deploy, and supply the assets that keep American industry moving.

Power is infrastructure.

Equipment is infrastructure.

And both are necessary if we expect America to build at scale again.

Then there is the next generation of global fuels.

Some of the world's largest shipping companies are already preparing fleets to operate on alternative fuels such as green methanol.

Billions of dollars of production capacity are being developed around the world.

China understands the opportunity.

Europe understands the opportunity.

America cannot afford to watch from the sidelines and eventually import another strategically important product that we could have produced ourselves.

Nitaura Fuels is developing large-scale fuel production infrastructure in the United States, beginning with e-methanol in Texas.

Our planned facility is being designed to produce approximately 250,000 metric tons annually.

But the significance of that project is larger than methanol.

If ships crossing oceans need new fuels, why shouldn't those fuels come from Texas?

Why shouldn't American energy power their production?

Why shouldn't American workers operate the facilities?

Why shouldn't American companies own the infrastructure?

And why shouldn't America sell those products to the rest of the world?

I do not want Nitaura to be defined forever by the businesses we operate today.

Power, equipment, and fuels are where we are starting.

The mission is much larger.

Over the next several decades, I want Nitaura to build power generation, fuel facilities, equipment fleets, manufacturing capacity, and industrial infrastructure across America.

If American industry needs it to build, produce, or compete, I want Nitaura asking whether we should be building it.

There will be industries we enter that we cannot predict today.

There will be technologies that do not exist yet.

There will be new infrastructure requirements created by AI, manufacturing, energy, transportation, defense, and industries still being invented.

Our job is not to chase every trend.

Our job is to understand what America will physically need to remain the world's leading industrial economy and then have the courage to build it.

This is not about believing America should produce everything itself.

Global trade matters. International partnerships matter. Competition matters.

But there is a difference between participating in the global economy and becoming structurally dependent on everyone else to build the things your own economy cannot function without.

America should maintain the ability to power itself.

We should maintain the ability to manufacture.

We should maintain the equipment and infrastructure necessary to develop our resources.

And when entirely new global industries emerge, American companies should be among the companies leading them.

I believe the next generation of great American companies will be built by entrepreneurs willing to return to the physical world.

Steel.

Concrete.

Power.

Equipment.

Factories.

Fuel.

Infrastructure.

Things that take years to build and billions of dollars to scale.

Things that cannot simply be downloaded, copied, or moved overnight.

That is the world Nitaura is being built for.

I am not building Nitaura around the next quarter.

I am not building it around one plant.

And I am not building it around one technology.

I am building it around what I believe America will need for the next fifty years.

More power.

More infrastructure.

More domestic production.

More industrial capacity.

And more American companies willing to undertake projects of enormous scale.

My ambition is for Nitaura to become one of those companies.

A company that powers American industry.

A company that supplies the equipment behind it.

A company that produces fuels and industrial products here and sells them around the world.

A company that builds things that matter.

Because ultimately, the Nitaura mission can be expressed very simply:

Build in America. Build for America. Build what the world needs.

For too long, we have asked how America can become less dependent on the rest of the world.

I want Nitaura to help answer a different question:

What can we build so well, at such scale, that the world depends on America again?

That is the company I am building.
