Nije'e built his career in private equity, working directly with investors, operators, and management teams across a wide range of industries. Through that experience, he developed a deep understanding of how infrastructure assets are financed, scaled, and ultimately monetized.

Recognizing the growing disconnect between power demand and available grid capacity, Nije'e founded Nitaura to capitalize on one of the largest infrastructure opportunities in the market today. His vision is to build a fleet of mobile power assets that provide rapid, flexible generation capacity while creating significant long-term value for customers and investors alike.

Nije'e works on the company's strategic direction, capital markets activities, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives.

He has spent years building relationships across the operator, investor, and strategic partner ecosystem, giving Nitaura a direct line into the decision-makers who move industrial and energy deals forward.

At Nitaura, Colton handles enterprise sales, key account growth, and corporate development, turning customer conversations into commercial agreements that work for both sides.

Omar Williams

Omar is one of the most networked operators in Texas power. He served on the executive staff of the Texas Coalition for Affordable Power (TCAP), where he worked at the intersection of ERCOT, municipal utilities, and large-scale energy procurement.

Over his career he has built deep, trusted relationships with municipalities, utilities, regulators, and energy industry stakeholders throughout the state. When customers need a path into a utility, a regulator, or a contracting authority, Omar already knows the people in the room.

His expertise in energy procurement, utility contracting, government relations, and strategic partnerships gives Nitaura customers a partner who can navigate complex policy and commercial structures with confidence.
